Abel Band, Chartered is dedicated to providing clients with close, personal attention and delivering legal services specific to the needs of each client. 

 

Abel Band, Chartered was established in 1960 and consists of 36 attorneys supported by a staff of 64.  Our principal office is located in Sarasota, along Florida’s Gulf Coast.  We have satellite offices in Tallahassee and Venice, Florida, and in Denver, Colorado. 

 

Firm shareholders and associates have recognized experience and expertise in many different areas.  Eight of our 18 shareholders are Florida Bar Board Certified specializing in the areas of construction, real estate, business litigation, and civil trial.  In addition, many attorneys hold certifications specific to their areas of practice.  In addition to Florida, some of the our attorneys are licensed to practice in Colorado, Utah, Georgia, Alabama, District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois.
